Today we will embark on the Gopher theory. If not properly educated in your field (IT), you will repeatedly find yourself in the gopher ranking. Management may dictate dollars, but they should not dictate technical application and logic. It is worth laying out a game plan and executing that game plan to the fullest through time management. Set realistic goals and execute with persuasion. Don’t Go-For or Gopher anything when it compromise your abilities or defy logic.
